Who we are

Tapass Instant Shelters supplies pop-up gazebos, branded shelters, flags, inflatables and accessories from our base in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. For any privacy question, email sales@tapass.co.uk.

Essential cookies

A small number of cookies are required for the site to work: keeping your basket, completing secure checkout through our payment provider, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on and set no advertising profile.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which products and pages people find useful. Analytics only runs after you accept — until then Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied, so no analytics cookies are written and no identifiers are stored. Declining does not limit any part of the shop.

If you withdraw consent, we ask Google to stop storing data and remove the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) from this browser.

Marketing cookies

Advertising cookies let us measure which campaigns bring people to the shop and show our shelters to businesses with similar needs. They stay switched off unless you enable the Marketing category, and switching them back off removes the related Google cookies (_gcl…) from this browser.

Personalisation cookies

Personalisation remembers preferences such as recently viewed ranges so the shop feels tailored to you. It is optional, controlled by its own toggle, and never used to build an advertising profile on its own.

Enquiries and artwork

When you send an enquiry or upload a logo for branding, we store the details and files securely and use them only to quote and produce your order. We never sell your data. Ask us to delete an upload at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
